Prior to joining Dilithium, Mr. Zuber was President of Solectron Australia, the Australian subsidiary of the world’s leading electronics manufacturing services company. Solectron acquired the company Mr. Zuber co-founded and led as CEO, the Bluegum Group, and Mr. Zuber was asked to remain as President of the new Solectron subsidiary. |

Dr. Marwan Jabri CTO & Co-Founder – Dilithium Marwan brings nearly twenty years of research and development expertise in multimedia communications systems and intelligent signal processing including voice and video compression and transcoding, and multimedia quality of service over narrow and broadband networks. Dr. Jabri is also the founder of Macchina, the predecessor to Dilithium, and acted as both the driving technical force as well as CEO. He has significant expertise in media communications protocols and their implementation inside real time systems, and was closely involved with the ITU in the development of the ITU H.324/H.324M standards. |

Uno Mehta CTO & SVP/GM Value Added Services Business Unit – Dilithium Uno brings 25 years of senior engineering and technical management expertise at leading telecommunications equipment companies. Prior to his SVP/GM role, Mr. Mehta held the position of VP Worldwide Engineering at Dilithium. Prior to joining Dilithium, Mr. Mehta was Vice President and General Manager, Broadband Product Group, at Zhone Technology, a leading supplier of access equipment providing integrated voice, video, and data services. Zhone’s products allow service providers to transition to a fiber infrastructure while continuing to operate their current copper-based network. |

Karen Birnie Director Marketing Communications – Dilithium Prior to Dilithium, Karen was the Marketing Manager for Daikin U.S., the developers of DVD authoring software. She has consulted for media companies Sonic Solutions & Disney, NGOs including KPBS, government agencies and small businesses in California. Karen studied Visual Communications at LCP, London, and Telecommunications & Video Production at SDSU, San Diego. She considers her background in Cognitive Science (B.A. Berkeley) relevant to just about everything but especially communications! |
